We are seeking an experienced SEM – PPC Analyst to serve as the primary campaign manager for high-touch national and regional Pay-Per-Click clients. This position requires a commitment to delivering high levels of performance in competitive markets utilizing channels such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads. Applicant must possess a deep understanding of PPC campaign creation, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting using a variety of software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proposal development for new and renewal programs
  • Engagement with fulfillment and other parties during campaign set-up
  • Content development for text ads, display ads, and associated landing pages
  • Develop and implement optimum PPC budgeting and bidding strategies
  • Construction of keyword lists by industry verticals in accordance with advertiser focus
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance against advertiser objectives and KPIs
  • Proactively optimize campaigns to maximize performance
  • Trouble-shoot performance issues and problem solve
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with teammates
  • Examine search query behaviors for competitive insight, industry specific trends, and optimization tactics
  • Analyze research, data, or technology to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization
  • Work with all roles in the company – product development, fulfillment, sales, marketing, creative, finance, etc.
  • Lead client reviews and presentations
  • Other Skills/Abilities Desired:
  • Experience in working with large, corporate, and national accounts
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • Dedication to self-development in the areas of marketing, web development, analytics, and marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years working directly in Google AdWords and/or Bing Ads platforms

* 2+ years of experience working with bid management tools such as Acquisio or Kenshoo

* Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Pay-Per-Click mechanics, analysis, and reporting

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to compile and sort data via use of pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, and conditional formatting.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients/projects

* Independent Worker, Self-Starter
