A client is looking for a entry level technical support worker to join their team. This person will be brought on largely to handle external technical support questions off a ticketing system (Net Sweep). This client deals with providing high speed, wireless internet to various businesses. They will be fielding calls and walking customers through basic technical support solutions to get to the root of the issue, more complex issues will be handed to their team of technical engineers. In addition, they will be expected to handle some internal technical support issues such as PC rebuilds and refreshes.
An ideal candidate for this position will have a great phone presence and strong communication skills to be able to work with customers over the phone to successfully provide necessary solutions. In addition, this person must have a strong technical aptitude and ability to handle basic technical issues.
