REHABILITATION SERVICES ASSOCIATE (RSA) – Albany Care – Evanston, Illinois - Up to $19.50 per hour!
Albany Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF), in Evanston, IL, has Immediate Openings for Full Time Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA) to join our team in providing direct care to our consumers. $19.50 per hour! $17.50 per hour if not a CNA.
These are Union Positions
Available Positions:
NOC (11p-7a) - Weekends Only
PMs (3p-11p) - Weekends Only
FT AMs(7a-3p)

Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSAs) work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility.
Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA)

Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans
-
Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner
-
Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors
-
Assist medical treatment team as assigned
-
Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms
-
Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
-
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
Of the Rehabilitation Services Associate (RSA):

21 years of age or older
-
Experience in a mental health facility helpful
-
High School diploma or GED
-
CNA certification a plus but not required
-
Basic Computer Skills
-
Service mindset with compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disorders
