Position Title: Office Assistant

  • One or two years of experience necessary
  • Experience with Administrative support.
  • Have excellent grammar skills
  • Be able to type quickly (At least 40/WPM)
  • Havecustomer service skills, responsibility, highly organized, be respectful, patience, stability, be able to work under pressure and have a good attitude

  • Ability to prioritize projects and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Being able to work under pressure and pay close attention to deadlines

Brief major job duties description:

  • Follow tasks from the day before, make to-do lists every day, & daily reports
  • Check emails frequently and respond to them on time
  • Stay on task and be communicative within the team
  • Capable of being a team player
  • Read documents and contracts thoroughly and carefully
  • Be able to take organized and detailed notes
  • Re-check documents for spelling and punctuation errors
  • Being able to attach files, pictures, pdf's, etc.
  • Answer phone calls & Check for voicemails
  • Make schedules and appointments
  • Assist & make constant reminders to co-workers
  • Go to bidding meetings and walkthroughs
  • Being able to be a public speaker for presentations
  • Being able to navigate through Social Media
  • Able to compress pictures and make zipped folders
