Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational content to students in a dynamic learning environment.
Duties:
1. Deliver engaging online courses for the RCFE initial certification and renewal
2. Provide timely feedback to students including questions and concerns
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation
4. Stay current with industry trends and educational best practices
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited institution in a discipline or field related to the subject(s) to be taught, and have at least two (2) years of experience relevant to the subject(s) to be taught, or
2. Four (4) years of experience relevant to the course(s) to be taught, or
3. Be a professional, in a field related to the subject(s) to be taught, with a valid license or certification to practice in California and at least two (2) years of related field experience, or
4. Have at least four (4) years of experience in California as an administrator of a residential care facility for the elderly, within the last six (6) years, with a record of administering the facility(ies) in substantial compliance, as defined in Section 87101(s)(9), and have verifiable training in the subject(s) to be taught.
5. Strong online teaching skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Online RCFE teaching (Zoom or Google Meet)

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
