Credentialing Network Specialist I
Location: 300 Brickstone Square, 8th Fl., Andover, MA 01810
Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of provider information on claims and provider databases.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assists in synchronization of data among multiple claims systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database.
Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent;
1-3 years? experience in claims processing, provider relations, or credentialing preferred;
Basic PC office software experience;
Advanced oral and written communication skills;
Or, any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Knowledge of insurance benefits and the accreditation process is beneficial;
Extensive knowledge of credentialing policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal accreditation standards also a plus;
Strong PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) proficiency preferred.
Strong attention to detail required
Phone skills/etiquette required
WGS and WMS systems experience preferred
