Assistant General Manager of Facilities & Maintenance Full time, 40 hours per week, and On-call

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position will support the General Manager with all aspects of the parking operations. The AGM must be able to delegate responsibilities to his subordinates, and organize complex projects, and establish priorities consistent with parking objectives. The AGM must also demonstrate strong communication skills and superior leadership abilities.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER of SHUTTLE OPERATIONS Full time, 40 hours per week, and On-call

This position is responsible for the overall operations for the Park and Ride Division

INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER Full time, 40 hours per week

The Internal Audit Manager answers directly to the General Manager; and is charged with the oversight and management of the financial and operational health of the organization. Develops and implements audit strategies and services. Ensure integrity of collection, reconciliation, and reporting of revenue in a cash accounting environment. Design audit programs to add value and improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Provides recommendations for improvements in those areas were deficiencies are identified. Perform financial and operational audits. Supervise the activity of Audit Technicians and Assistant Audit Manager. Design workflow and train audit personnel

ASSISTANT AUDIT MANAGER Full time, 40 hours per week

The Assistant Audit Manager works directly with the Internal Audit Manager with the development and implementation of new audit strategies that enhance and contribute to existing policy and procedures.

AUDIT TECHNICIANS Full time, 40 hours per week

Research and review records associated with the amount of revenue collected for parking fees. Ability to identify discrepancies with reports, revenue system and exception transactions.

SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER (Domestic & International) Full time, 40 hours per week; Part time, 16-24 hours per week

Greet customers and providing outstanding customer service. Drive a 14(+) passenger bus to and from management designated locations. Drive shuttle bus defensively, with caution, and obeying all traffic laws

FLEET SERVICE MAINTENANCE Full time, 40 hours per week; Part time, 16-24 hours per week

Observe Safe Driving Habits, Safety Standards and Practices. Operate Two-Way Radios. Perform fueling task on in and out of service vehicle. Assist in the transport and fueling of out-of-service vehicles
