**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Auditor to join our team. The Quality Control Auditor completes audits of outbound orders to ensure all errors are recorded and corrected properly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a keen eye for detail.
**Duties:**
- Conduct daily audits of our customer orders to ensure compliance with quality standards and to confirm the accuracy all orders.
- Identify mispicks and suggest corrective actions.
- Complete audits of outbound orders, report all errors found in a timely manner, strive to complete all or at least as many as possible daily.
- Ensure that the order selector's name and the staging location of the completed picks has been recorded correctly in the the system.
- Work to gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the inventory software system to effectively support Operations through the posting of all completed picks/orders.
- Collect all completed daily audit forms at the end of each day and ensure all errors (wrong item, wrong quantity, poor construction of order and related product damage, etc.) have been recorded properly.
- Develop and maintain quality systems to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Identify and document non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
**Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Proven experience with quality systems and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems.
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines and calypso systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
