Bachelor's degree with Major in Business, Human Resources or other related field is required. 2-3 years experience in benefits administration in medium size employer highly preferred. Math aptitude and detail-orientation, along with good oral and written communication skills to interact with employees and outside vendors is a must. Ability to organize work flow while dealing with request interruptions on a daily basis. Computer aptitude using web based vendors applications, enterprise personnel/payroll system and software programs such as Excel, Word and Power Point are required. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
