Jive is looking to hire a Sales Developer Manager; in this role, you will work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing team to grow our lead generation team to new levels of success. You will be responsible for managing and motivating Jive’s Sales Development representatives to achieve individual sales goals and mentor each individual, while also building a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team. The Manager will also be responsible for monitoring pipelines, conversion rates, and delivering on quota and forecast.
Manage and lead the Sales Dev team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
Conduct regular weekly meetings to ensure execution of sales responsibilities.
Monitor Salesforce.com metrics and activity.
Conduct pipeline meetings with sales reps.
Inspire team performance.
Work with Enterprise, Small Business and Partner teams in innovative ways to help them achieve their sales goals.
Monitor quota tracking and meet and agree to an action plan with reps who are tracking below 80% of quota.
Mentor and train Sales Development representatives for career advancement within LogMeIn.
Recruit and hire top performers.
Listen in and be present on the sales floor to provide feedback to reps.
Terminate poor performers and conduct exit interviews to help with future hiring.
BA or BS degree in related field preferred
3–5 years of leadership experience in a Sales Development environment
Expert experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and InsideSales.com
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in training new sales representatives
