We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Roving person to work 40 hours per week: M – F, 8 am – 4:30 pm to be part of a maintenance/caretaking team at properties.
The roving maintenance person would work three days a week at Broadway Court located at 4600 41st Avenue North, Robbinsdale, MN 55422 and two days a week at Comfort Residence, 10669 Ulysses Street NE, Blaine, MN 55434 and Comfort Residence, 7115 Wayzata Blvd., St. Louis Park, MN 55426.
Duties include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, project work, assisting in cleaning common areas of the property, unit turnovers, entry snow removal, and some grounds work. This position includes an hourly wage, benefits package, as well as mileage reimbursement and use of a tablet.
We are seeking an individual with experience in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Seeking excellent customer service, preferably with residential rental properties. If you have maintenance experience, are organized, professional, and reliable, and want to be part of a great team of managers, maintenance, and caretaking staff, this may be the position for you.
This position does not include housing. There are on-call duties where when one is on call they respond to after hours and weekend maintenance emergencies. There is on call rotation where with a team of 3 roving maintenance persons. The on-call is two weeks on call and four weeks not on call. The geographic area that one travels to is Maple Grove, Anoka County, Robbinsdale, and St. Louis Park.
