We are looking for a full time general laborer. We are looking for an experienced and independent, self reliant candidate. Job duties will mostly be outside, so candidate must be able to work outside in the elements. (Heat, Cold, Rain, etc.) This job requires extended hours of work during most of the year. Ability to stand, sit, walk, twist, bend and lift up to 100 lbs.
Our company does a variety of different things, and candidate must be comfortable with different tasks and not doing the same thing every day. There is room for advancement in this position.
Ideal candidate will have experience in all the following Job Duties:
Driving trucks and hauling equipment/livestock
Operating grass cutting equipment from Zero-turn mowers and trimmers to batwing mowers.
Building and maintaining Fences
Routine farm jobs requiring general maintenance skills, carpentry skills, metal working skills, and other general farm and ranch skills.
Mechanic Skills, working on equipment and vehicles from simple task to more advanced
Operating farm machinery such as tractors and hay harvesting equipment.
Taking care of Cattle.
Candidate must display knowledge of safe practices and be conscious of safety to fellow workers and livestock and promote safe work practices by example.
This position is FULL TIME ONLY -- no part time candidates will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
