Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Devise comprehensive marketing plans to promote our home care services within the community. This includes identifying target demographics, coordinating advertising efforts, and utilizing various channels such as social media, networking events, and healthcare fairs.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources to generate consistent referrals. Act as a liaison between our organization and potential clients, ensuring exceptional communication and customer service.
- Conduct Outreach and Presentations: Organize and conduct informational sessions, presentations, and workshops to educate potential clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals about our services. This involves preparing materials, delivering engaging presentations, and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Perform Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and strategic positioning. Analyze market data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building activities. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, including conducting assessments, providing consultations, and facilitating enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with clinical staff, administrative personnel, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and adherence to quality standards. Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketing initiatives using CRM software or other tools. Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track progress, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Adhere to Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to marketing, sales, and healthcare practices. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in home care, sales techniques, and marketing strategies through continuous learning and professional development activities. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in relevant areas.
- Represent the Company: Serve as a brand ambassador for our organization, embodying our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Uphold a positive and professional image while representing the company at external events, meetings, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing of a service required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
