Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee our cargo sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Build a sound sales system and channel network in the United States according to the company's strategic planning;
- Establish a local team (sales, customer service, operation) in the United States, with job responsibilities including recruitment, training, and performance appraisal;
- Lead and coach team to complete the sales of shipping space in the United States and achieve the sales target.
- Maintain close communication and efficient cooperation with departments in China headquarter to achieve strategic goals.
- Provide strategic suggestions and programs for the company's development in the US market and promote the sustainable growth of the company's business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 years managerial experience in Air Cargo industry
- Familiar with the sales model of air cargo industry and have related resources
- Experience in charge of airline outlets or sales is preferred
- Have strong market analysis, business negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to lead the team to achieve the goal
- Have good professional ethics and professionalism, can withstand certain work pressure
- Proficient in Mandarin in communication, able to read and write in Chinese.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
