Ability Beyond is growing our Career Development Team! We are expanding our services and hiring new Employment Specialists in the Waterbury Area to focus on our Industry Specific Training and Placement Programs. This position will focus on networking/relationship building with local businesses and schools while providing employment training and job placement for the individuals we serve in a classroom setting. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates, someone looking to start a career in human services or someone with previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, goal-oriented and adaptable who is able to work well with a team but can also succeed autonomously.
