High profile Interior Designer currently looking for a reliable, conscientious, and self-driven Project/Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly organized and detail-oriented way.

Number of hours will vary based on workload. Candidate must be willing to commute to our Glendale office upon request.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative duties at a small design office
  • Attending on-site meetings
  • Online and in-store shopping and sourcing of materials and supplies
  • Maintain vendor, supplier, and consultant relationships for samples, pricing, and purchasing
  • Support of project logistics
  • Schedule and budget management
  • Creating and updating internal documents

Requirements:

  • One year of administrative experience
  • One year experience working in a creative environment preferred
  • MUST have own vehicle and valid Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of MS Office or Mac equivalent programs
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 /hour
