Management Concepts, Inc. is currently recruiting for multiple independent contractors International Coach Federation-credentialed coaches to join our coaching cadre in the Leadership and Management Division. In this role, you will be part of an integrated team focused on providing high-impact executive, leadership and performance coaching services to government and commercial clients. Our services are aligned with the needs and goals of our clients and are both innovative and pragmatic. We focus on improving individual, team, and organizational performance to achieve optimal organizational results.

Coaches will be engaged in our client-facing coaching efforts. We seek a vibrant coach with a blend of domain expertise in leadership, management, and professional skill development, as well as organizational change management and organizational development. The coaches will work closely with the Coaching and Mentoring Practice Lead and the Professional Services team within the Leadership and Management Division.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge in leadership and workforce development, with deep domain expertise in executive and leadership coaching and group coaching
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach individuals and/or groups, tailoring coaching support to the specific needs of the coaching client in multi-component leadership and coaching programs
Ability to collaborate with Management Concepts Leadership and Management Professional Services teams in the development of high-quality coaching solutions to advance professional development needs of clients
Keeps abreast of emerging trends in the fields of coaching, leadership, and individual and organization improvement

Graduate degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field

Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience with executive and senior level clients in the government and/or commercial organizations
International Coach Federation credential at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level
Experience in coaching within the Department of Defense or the Intelligence Community preferred
Experience delivering assessment tools within a coaching context
Experience coaching groups
Demonstrated experience in organizational change management, organizational development and leader development
Strong interpersonal capabilities coupled with a deep understanding of leadership and professional skills development and effective adult learning principles
Previous experience with government contracting
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Mature interpersonal and social skills demonstrated both internally with staff and externally with clients
TS/SCI security clearance
