We’re looking for a digital marketing enthusiast to help drive paid search strategy for our agency’s largest clients assigned to our Enterprise teams, primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Our ideal candidate loves working in a team setting, acheiving big goals, and building relationships both with clients and team members.
As a Strategist, you will be focused on delivering exceptional strategic recommendations in paid search accounts while building strong relationships with clients. You will still have an opportunity to “get your hands dirty” working directly with analysts on account-level work. Manage a client portfolio containing some the agency’s largest Paid Search accounts
Set a strategic direction for each client account, creating account growth goals and monitoring progress.
Build strong client relationships through leading calls, client visits, and proactive communication regarding account strategy.
Research new features, betas and tests to run in client accounts.
Troubleshoot complex account issues and work strategically with agency partners to find solutions and opportunities within client accounts.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to align digital marketing strategies in cross-channel meetings.
Participate in training new analysts through reviewing emails, reporting, shadowing calls and occasional paired trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
2.5+ years of professional experience in paid search (Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising), including experience with Search, Shopping, and Google Display Network
1+ years of professional experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
