As Retail Excellence Manager, you will drive product availability and compliance across the Americas. You will lead programs that allow Retail and Payments to maximize its retail effectiveness. You will focus on product availability, planogram compliance, fixture execution and messaging. You will manage projects through the complete life-cycle, including scoping, planning, executing, implementing and measuring impact. This will require working closely with internal teams as well as coordinating with external partners.

Define and drive the set up of a strategic merchandising program for the Americas region.
Drive the implementation, ongoing management and measurement of in-store programs, product launches, fixtures and store operations.
Support rollout and adoption of image recognition software to standardize retail compliance data intake globally.
Partner with gift card third-party providers and internal Retail Partnerships Manager and Business Operations Managers to maximize execution and productivity.
Contribute to building a positive team culture across a global team, collaborate respectfully with team members, and share best practices with global counterparts.
