Part time: Two 12-hour shifts per week
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part time LPN to join our team in Saginaw. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The LPN will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Provide patient education and support
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
- Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
