Will coordinate media buys to appropriately promote the strategic goals of the Bank, events and brand awareness. Implement and monitor social media tactics to effectively communicate with clients and non-clients while generating traffic. Coordinates public relations to generate awareness of the Bank. Performs all duties in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures and established strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work with Social Media Agency to develop routine posts to generate traffic and engagement, monitor social media sites on a frequent basis and respond to posts and messages as needed.
Create monthly reports on social media engagement
Build relationships and negotiate contracts for all media buys while adhering to budget guidelines.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
Coordinates with Public Relations Agency to develop and distributes press releases and maintains catalog of press releases.
Works with the Director of Marketing to determine appropriate advertising mediums for the promotion and maintenance of all bank products and services to drive profitable relationships.
Collaborates with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure the internal business lines and Bank goals are supported through advertising and ensures messaging and correct channels are being used.
Investigates new opportunities and marketing avenues based on industry trends.
Assists with new branch site development projects as they relate to signage and merchandising, which also includes marketing and public announcements needed to open a new location.
Adhere to brand standards to ensure brand messages are consistent and promote brand awareness
Creates, maintains and updates procedures manual to ensure it is current and compliant with applicable laws and best practices.
Maintains knowledge of all product and services offered by the Bank in order to refer potential new clients to our Institution.
Maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements regarding advertising compliance. Works with Compliance Department in reviewing all ads.
Exercises strong time management and organizational skills to meet assigned project deadlines.
Exhibits the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Maintain awareness of all marketing activities
Performs other related duties as may be assigned or requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent computer and software skills; MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Knowledge of Data Base Management.
