This role resides on a team focused on pricing technology and innovation. The current team makeup is a mix of members with experience in technology, project/product management, business intelligence and data analytics.

This role will support that reinvention by leading our Pricing Analytics team. This team’s mission is to reinvent the way we look at Pricing analytics by creating consistent, automated insight into the data that’s critical to the Pricing organization. The manager of Pricing Analytics will be responsible for leading our effort towards data analysis/visualization, not limited to Pricing KPI dashboards, Competitive Intelligence etc…and executive communication to the Pricing & Sales team stakeholders.
Mentor and develop a team of high performing analysts/developers
Effectively manage the teams workload, meeting both the high-quality standards and customer timelines
Develop project requirements and timelines, and other related materials for the management of ad hoc deliverables
Develop high quality KPI reporting and analyses with concise, objective reporting
Create and manage the automation process for all new reports, as appropriate, and assist with conversion of any existing reporting into an automated delivery process
Collaborate with Pricing & Sales teams to increase adoption of self-service dashboards
Minimum 8-10 years previous work experience
Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree a plus)
High proficiency with Tableau Desktop/Server/and/or Tableau Online, Alteryx, MS Power BI
Previous work experience ranging from 5 to 10 years with progressive responsibility is necessary.

Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
Communicates effectively (in English) – both written and oral with strong interpersonal skills
Project management skills

Management Experience: High level people skills (successfully managed a team of analysts) and communication skills (successfully influenced across all levels/functions).
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, MS Access a plus)
Ability to adapt to frequently changing Business needs and directions
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
