As the Revenue Cycle Manager for ARI Logistics you are primarily responsible for the billing and collections of all revenue generated by the Resources business unit. Coordinate and manage day to day collections and billing operations. Work with operations to ensure all necessary paperwork and data is received ensuring revenue cycle goals and requirements are met.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely bills generated
Understand and deliver customer specific requirements in all areas including EDI.
Understand customer contracts and ensure 100% accurate billing.
Insure ineligibles remain under company targets; typically below 5%.
Interact with both internal and external customers in a cooperative and professional manner to meet their need and ensure superior customer service.
Identify process breakdowns and develop improvement plans with associates to resolve
Lead, coach, and train the team in all processes related to billing and collections.
Be an effective change leader, as it relates to processes, structure and business modeling.
Effectively handle escalation and time critical issues, perform transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop and mentor staff through performance evaluation and effective coaching
Implement and support all company continuous improvement efforts.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the finance field.
3-5 years’ experience in the transportation field preferred.
Previous experience leading teams.
Familiar with Transportation Management Software (ie: TMW, McLeod)Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to travel as necessary (less than 5%)
