Provides individualized patient care according to established standards and practices of cardiac rehab in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of VBMC. Responsible for individual assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care. The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to the clinical team.
Education: Accredited Nursing Degree
Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience in Cardiac Care or related field.
License: Current Licensure in the State of New York
