If you are a licensed loan originator with significant consumer direct experience, we would like to invite you to apply to be considered for our remote position. We are looking to employ the best of the best and willing to pay top dollar for candidates who have a proven track record of managing refinance customers. All Loan Officers have the ability to close a minimum of 20 units per month driven exclusively by generated leads and support from a robust back office with 20+ years of experience in all facets of lending. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, we provide cutting-edge sales tools and offer exclusive qualified leads to help you achieve success, all from the comfort of your own home. Your customers are already engaged and excited thanks to our proprietary advertising, marketing and digital lending platform. Responsibilities.

  • Readily available for inbound direct calls daily
  • Consult customers and offer benefit analysis to achieve customers financial goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers by responding to all inquiries and advising customers of their options and our loan process
  • Structure loan scenarios including terms, rates and fees
  • Obtain necessary documentation to process customers loans
  • Ability to multi task and manage a high-volume pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Federal NMLS License in a minimum of 1 state license; additional state licensure to those who excel as part of their compensation package
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master of time management; ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while always delivering the highest standard of customer service
  • Remain task oriented in a deadline environment
  • Demonstrate history of financial responsibility
  • Ability to work overtime and various schedules
