Remote Property Adjuster
Comsearch, since 1984 is the industry leader of providing a comprehensive portfolio of claim services to insurance companies is growing. We are looking for full-time, highly motivated individuals to audit insurance repair estimates. If you are a licensed, self-motivated, computer savvy, insurance professional, this opportunity is right for you.
Responsibilities:
- Auditing both 1st and third-party personal and commercial damage estimates
- Negotiating with contractors to obtain an agreed cost of repair
- Writing estimates in Xactimate
- Summarize audit results for insurance client
- Communicating with insurance clients regarding claims in progress
- Document claim progress in our claims management system
Skills:
- Insurance knowledge of commercial, property and auto
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Strong negotiation skills, as well as superior customer service and analytical skills
- Computer savvy, especially with Xactimate software and web-based claims systems
Experience:
- Xactimate: 2 years Required
- Water Mitigation 1 year Required
- Estimating experience Required
- Property Adjusters License(s) a plus
- IICRC Certification a plus
Experience with any of these is a plus; Hail/Roof, utility claims, municipality claims and other fixed property such as storefronts, landscaping and signs.
Pay & Benefits:

- $25 per hour training pay. Production based post-training
- 100% remote after two-week in-house training
