**Job Description:**
Want the coolest job around? As a team member at our snowball stand, you'll be an integral part of creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and providing excellent customer service.
- Taking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Creating snowballs with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the stand, including keeping the serving area, outside area, and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
- Restocking supplies, such as flavor syrups, toppings, cups and paper goods, to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately.
- Assisting in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment and cleaning duties.
**Requirements:**
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is not required.
