As a Talent, Learning, and Organization Development (OD) Intern in Human Resources, you will be a member of the Talent, Learning, and OD team, partnering with HR Business Partners, Generalists, and Specialists, Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Information System Professionals, and others across our businesses. You will have the opportunity to apply your education in a professional setting, while gaining valuable experience and skills. In this position, you will learn and you will grow. Your voice will be heard; you will have a unique opportunity to help drive meaningful change. Own your own project that will impact our team; present your findings at the conclusion of the internship – gain exposure to senior-level executives.
Analyze learning and development needs and gaps across our businesses; research outside vendors and offerings to build a network of service providers. Provide learning and development support for our managers and individual contributors. Make recommendations to keep our learning and development programs/offerings fresh, engaging, and fun.
Evaluate the current onboarding process and identify areas for improvement; Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR team to ensure smooth, impactful onboarding experiences from pre-hire to 180-days on the job
Track correspondence with cross-functional teams and departments via departmental mailboxes and ensures appropriate responses are provided in a timely manner; Partner with Talent & OD team, HR team, and others to drive solutions that provide a “personalized” feel
Conduct research regarding best-practices and functional trends. Make recommendations to drive more effective talent and OD processes; Contribute to our social media strategy and execution – use your creativity to help make Panasonic a “destination” for talented individuals

Education & Experience:
A graduating senior pursuing a degree in Business or HR; Master’s student preferred – specializing in HR, Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field
1-2 years of corporate experience; preferably in a best practices organization.
