The Product Manager is responsible for partnering with Bank of America Merchant Services (BAMS) to successfully lay out and deliver the long term joint strategy including integration of the account opening processes, digital integration strategies, product strategies, value prop differentiation, and financial center growth strategies. They will work closely with channel and process partners, risk partners, and customer experience.
The Product Manager will be responsible for partnering with BAMS product management to understand upcoming changes and the implications of changes on the bank side. They will be on point for partnering with bank channel partners to ensure training, communication and marketing is in place to support new products and product changes.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex organizational structures, influencing strategy development and executing process or product changes. Familiarity with project execution components such as CAST and UCRA is a must.
At least 5-7 years of financial product experience
Strong financial skills, including P&L Management
Experience with design and implementation of new processes and/or products.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience with collecting and evaluating competitive market trends, Voice of Customer and Voice of Associate
Ability to engage across lines of business and with senior level executives
Prior consulting experience
Experience leading projects or new product implementations
Small Business or Merchant Services experience
