Job Summary: Develops strategic relationships by understanding the business, challenges, opportunities and needs of the internal customer. Enhances and maintains those relationships by coaching and advising employees and managers on HR related topics. The Business Partner is the primary point of contact for HR related matters and partners with other HR functional areas to support the needs of the customer. Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; 5-7 years experience;5 years progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in Labor/Employee relations. B.A or B.S. degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development; Prefer candidate with health care experience. PHR/SPHR preferred; Microsoft Office Suite.
