About This Role:
The Office Coordinator will work in our Norristown, PA office / warehouse location and handle all administrative and clerical duties relating to the facility. You will work with field staff on a regular basis and must have strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and set priorities and maintain a functional office environment for all employees in the Philadelphia market.
Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office.
Phone and email support/correspondence to answer questions and follow-up on inquiries from field personnel.
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
Maintain, update or create databases and/or database information.
Work with other administrative personnel to accomplish organizational goals.
Assist project teams with creating, formatting and distributing project related correspondence.
Assist in the accomplishment of departmental objectives by performing other duties as assigned
Inventory control for warehouse and assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities.
Maintain office equipment, including printers, copier, USPS mail meter, etc.
Order office supplies, maintain an inventory of supplies and keep accurate records and receipts of all purchases.
Must be accountable and punctual.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as a team player.
The ability to identify issues and propose solutions or new processes.
Great time management and priority management in order to get the job done well.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Someone who is capable of assisting in the warehouse and able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Knowledge Word, PowerPoint, MS Office applications – specifically Excel experience.
