CACI develops and maintains webMethods based integrations between Momentum, a COTS financial management system from CGI for Defense and Federal agencies, and various application systems in use at a large Federal agency within the U.S. Government. We are looking for a candidate with strong development skills and desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment to help build, evolve, and maintain these integrations/interfaces.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the Interface/Integration Requirements
Work with Business Analysts to help them analyze the requirements and formulate sound strategy in implementing them in the interfaces
Work with Technical Analysts/Programmer Analyst staff to translate the requirements into a sound design
Build the interface/integration code using webMethods Integration platform
Support interface/integration system and integration and acceptance testing activities, and resolve issues in timely manner
Support deployment of interface code in environments and assist in troubleshooting any issues
Support preparation of operations guide and other documentation, as required
Assist in maintaining development, testing and staging interface environments
Share best practices and lessons learned from past implementation efforts
Candidate might identify process improvement opportunities
US Citizen with a current Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) and five to seven years of related experience
Three+ years experience in software development involving Java, Oracle, Weblogic, Tuxedo, and SQL
Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
Previous experience in implementing financial management systems for government agencies or providing post-implementation support will be a plus
Two or more years of experience in developing integrations with webMethods is strongly preferred
Prior experience with other application integration tools are considered a plus in the absence of webMethods experience
