Position Summary:
This position requires the ability to function as an integral part of the Toyo Tanso USA team while working closely with the Information Technology Services (ITS) Manager. This position is a full-service support role that covers all aspects of ITS support solutions for applications, databases, and user support. This role provides a variety of support opportunities and is exposed to many different aspects of ITS in a manufacturing environment with in-house developed apps and supporting resources. A minimum of 80% of time is spent on programming and application support, with the remaining 20% on user support. This position will also have future opportunities in Server & SQL database management and the infrastructure supporting them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the main point of contact for all in house applications and support
- Interfaces in-person with staff and conveys technical information
- Identifies opportunities to upgrade existing systems
- Manages PowerApps development, support and implementation
- Maintains SQL and Access databases
- Maintains ASP.net websites
- Maintains an automated email and reporting system that pulls information from the databases
- Maintains data visualization displays on site
- Documents and contributes to the knowledge base
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience supporting SQL & MS Access databases
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Power Apps
- Experience in ASP.net webforms & MVC projects using visual basic & C#
- Ability to identify resources in use for product delivery and map them out
- Familiarity with PowerApps development
- Ability to perform standard break/fix support for Windows environment if needed

- Excellent and effective communication skills, time, and task management
- Ability to learn logical and consistent troubleshooting processes
- Comfortability with talking to and working with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to propose solutions to problems when asking for help
Education, Experience & Certifications:
- No formal education or certifications required
- Previous experience in Power Apps, ASP.net, SQL & Access db management
- 6-12 months minimum experience supporting a Windows environment at Help Desk level
- Applicable Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Any other applicable industry certifications are a plus
Working Environment:
- This position is on-site and in-person until familiarity with the environment is acquired, then work from home opportunities may be available in the future
- Must be able to be exposed to noise levels that are generally moderate; the office area is quiet, and some areas of the machine shop are loud
- Able to be exposed to non-toxic graphite dust, which is classified as a nuisance dust

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
