Inviting applications for the role of VP, Lead Client Partner – Healthcare
The Lead Client Partner will oversee strategic client relationships for global engagements in the Healthcare industry sector, ensuring continued growth for priority accounts in the business vertical.
Lead strategic partnerships and drive high-value opportunities with our clients, helping transform their businesses with innovative digital solutions, resulting in growth and profitability.
Effectively market Genpact’s multiple services offerings and digital capabilities based on client-specific business priorities, co-create multiyear roadmap to transform and digitally uplift client's organization.
Engage CXO level, drive business outcomes with multiple stack capability of cross service lines, digital & analytics.
Expand relationships with decision makers and influencers at CXOs and below levels in new and existing buy centers and highlight the impact our services can deliver.
Demonstrate deep understanding of domain and broader capabilities of Automation, AI, Experience and Analytics, formulating solutions to accurately address needs and deliver value to customers.
Bring new ideas and perspectives to executives’ agnostic of immediate sales opportunities
Articulate and tailor value propositions based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact
Be persistent in following up with customers to move them from discussions to clear interest in executing a deal
Lead deal process end-to-end including mapping and establishing relationships with all partners
Negotiate the pricing and commercials in a manner that meets profitability goals
Coach Global Relationship Managers and others on the account team to build capabilities and drive sales opportunities in other buying centers
Experience leading senior client relationships at Fortune 500 companies (CXO, CXO-1 levels)
Proficiency leading and closing end to end deals. Shown success in crafting and closing deals that are minimum $30M TCV or larger
Deep services business experience with focus on leading large strategic accounts
Consulting sales experience
Experience selling digital and analytics solutions to LS/HC organizations
Industry knowledge or client-facing experience in LS/HC industry
Familiarity and cultural flexibility to work across countries and succeed in a global organization
Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
MBA or advanced degree in related field
Sound financial & commercial business understanding
