The Business Process Analyst – Organizational Change and Communications performs tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects. Tasks may include developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing change management assessments and change management strategy
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance
  • Creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, road map, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan
  • Supporting and engaging senior leaders
  • Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrating change management activities into project plan, and evaluating and ensuring user readiness
  • Applying strong analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved quality procedures and standards
  • Working closely with experienced analysts or project leaders to seek guidance and added instructions
  • Identifying and communicating with stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies to support positive stakeholder engagement
  • Generating minutes and documenting decisions or action items from governance meetings
  • Developing and revising content for Word documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • Development and delivery of reports, dashboards, and other communication to meet the needs of program stakeholders, increase risk awareness, and support decision making
  • Developing communications plan materials to communicate the Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (MAP) and calibration
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress
Must be US Citizen and Clearable

Education:
  • BA/BS degree required
Skills:
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and implementation plans
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint or Microsoft Access required
  • Knowledge of lean process development and business process re-engineering
  • Ability to work independently as well as in groups
  • Ability to solve problems and articulate potential solutions
  • Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization; possesses excellent communication skills
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience
