As trainees start at A-B, they will receive 6 months of Leadership Accelerator Program-specific training. In addition, trainees will participate in robust Sustainability and Procurement learning and development activities for the entirety of their time in the program, including rotational assignments. Trainees will be exposed to a wide variety of business areas such as Marketing, Packaging, Raw Materials, Logistics and Sustainability.
