The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and abilities:

Demonstrated communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership abilities
Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity and within a team setting
Ability to undertake independent research and development in the areas of Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Experience with C# .NET and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are also desirable.

As a Cox Automotive Summer Intern, you will learn more about Cox Automotive and the automotive industry at-large through a series of functional and market-based project assignments, specifically aligned to your area of study and career aspirations. Throughout our 10-12-week program, you will receive on-the-job training plus targeted development opportunities to help you hone in on your strengths and crystalize your career interests.

Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Create & manage relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders

Strong communication, relationship building, and organization skills
Computer skills which includes: Microsoft Office Suite and online research
