The WFCC Head of Origination will provide strategic leadership and will have direct and matrixed accountability for all new business origination activities for WFCC. This role will be responsible for ensuring new business opportunities are maximized across WFCC in all lines of business and for all product capabilities. The WFCC Head of Origination will drive profitable revenue and market share growth through an innovative and prescriptive planning process which effectively utilizes data & analytics and sales training. This leader will also develop and ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures, including compensation plans and talent planning, for new business development activities across WFCC.
The WFCC Head of Origination will have direct responsibility for origination teams where there are opportunities to align our efforts across industries and referral sources for multiple WFCC products and lines of business, including both direct and indirect financing opportunities. This leader will partner with WFCC business heads to determine matrixed roles and responsibilities and success metrics for all origination activities performed in the lines of business.
The WFCC Head of Origination will work closely with the WFCC Commercial Office to develop and deploy sales planning tools, sales dashboards, and other analytics. This role will also work with the Commercial Office and other Commercial Capital leaders to develop innovative financing capabilities and technology solutions to better serve prospective clients and to penetrate new markets while achieving an appropriate risk-adjusted return on capital and growing revenue responsibly.
This leader will serve on the WFCC Operating Committee and is expected to serve in leadership roles for key initiatives for WFCC such as D&I, talent management, efficiency initiatives, strategic planning, technology investment, and community support.
