The Subscriber Platform Program Manager will be focused on ensuring that there is continuity with the intake of new requirements on the platform as Autodesk’s business evolves. This individual will ensure that the requirements from various stakeholders across the company, are clearly articulated and discussed. Any impacts on the existing roadmaps should be discussed with product managers and trade off discussions should be facilitated keeping customer experience and business benefit in mind.

To be successful in this role, the Subscriber Platform Program Manager must demonstrate a proven track record of collaboration, influence, business / technical acumen, and critical thinking skills. This individual must also have an enthusiasm for promoting business transformation and encouraging operational teams to embrace and execute the change!

Lead the intake of new business requirements by collaborating with teams that identify these new opportunities for the company
Define the prioritization process for new business requirements
Identify the top business requirements that needs to be delivered on the Subscriber Platform, scope the requirement with engineering and work with product managers to prioritize it on their respective roadmaps
Maintain the Subscriber Platform roadmap and keep it updated
Work with product managers to facilitate and guide the product development process. Track the progress and keep all the stakeholders informed
Manage executive communications to keep the executive informed of key roadmap changes
Successfully manage and communicate project expectations, clarifying roles and responsibilities when needed
Work effectively with geo-dispersed organizations, and ensure a strong, team-oriented working relationship
Manage the rollout of highly cross functional initiatives to ensure success
Drive the User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
Closely interact and partner with business teams to keep them informed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years’ work experience in program management
Excellent program management and organizational skills; including proven track record of managing multiple, complex projects
Ability and comfort interfacing with senior levels of management, employees at all levels and customers internal and external to Autodesk
Demonstrated efficacy in using insightful judgment, managing conflict, fostering open communication, and building collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders
Ability to tackle difficult issues and handle strong personalities. Must excel at decision making, conflict management
Outstanding, proactive communication skills – written, verbal and more
Highly motivated, self-directed team player
