As a Business Solutions Consultant (BSC), you will be responsible for:

Implementing and servicing application software at CDK dealership client sites
Conducting training to familiarize clients with their new software
Successfully and independently completing installation of assigned product set
Engaging dealership personnel in implementation of products to ensure the client is able to perform daily tasks
Participating with our sales force in pre-site meetings to assess client needs
Conducting periodic status meetings to assure client satisfaction
Completing and submitting field paperwork

Requirements:
90% travel in North America
Valid Driver's License Required
Passport required
Training experience preferred
Automotive Retail - Parts or Service department principles knowledge preferred
Ability to train dealership personnel and service these applications
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to lead in training or classroom setting
Enjoys problem solving, utilizing multiple resources
Bachelor's degree or experience preferred
PC Skills ( Windows, Excel, Word)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
