Will be responsible for supporting the Student Union’s accounting and operations unit. Main duties include work order management which entails documentation and processing, as well as inventory tracking and surplus. Additional duties include some areas of fiscal responsibility including, but not limited to, interdepartmental journals, requisitions and invoicing. May also assist with payroll and personnel duties as needed. Will work under supervision of Coordinator, Administrative Services.
A high school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. If minimum requirements of the position do not require post high school education, an applicant is not required to provide the information on the application.
