Industrial Business Unit is currently searching for a Global Product Line Operations Manager to primarily support the operations for Control Cabinet Product Line. This individual will also have responsibility to improve operations at the Landisville, PA facility that support the Control Cabinet products.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Ensures that safety standards are followed and safety remains a top priority in all that we do
Strong business partner to plant management and global product manager; Thought leader within product line team and lead the big picture change
Develops comprehensive strategy utilizing all appropriate resources with the company (Procurement, Engineering, Lean, etc.)
Track record of delivering strong results across key performance areas for control cabinet product line, especially on elements of service and Gross Margin (to include delivery, lead time, conversion and material productivity, PFO, Scrap, Distribution)
Lead / drive change using Lean Manufacturing techniques and TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) tools initiatives
Proactively and aggressively addresses performance issues to become market leaders in Control Cabinet Products market space
Builds high performing teams using Organizational Leadership Review. Develops strong succession pipeline
Administers company policies concerning hiring, promotions, disciplining, and other related areas requiring guidance in conjunction with the pant manager and human resources
Perform various administrative tasks such as training, resolving customer complaints, holding weekly communication meetings with team members and awareness of team goals

Requirements and Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of professional manufacturing experience is preferred with a focus on production, logistics, or industrial engineering and economical knowledge
3-5 years prior supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Master's Degree preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt is strongly preferred
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Ability to communicate effectively at home plant and with key stakeholders globally
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically (i.e. deliver results)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Program suite
Excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management
Strong project management skills
Analytically minded and data-driven
Previous experience in leading opeartions in multiple various value stream levels
Strong background in Lean practices, experience in value stream mapping, 5s, Visual Factory, Standard Work
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, plating, molding, and assembly
