Master Electronics has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Account Manager.This position will be located in Dallas, TX reporting to the Eden Prairie, MN branch office.

This position focuses on maintaining exceedingly effective business relationships with assigned accounts as well as identifying and on-boarding new clients. The Sales Branch Manager and you will collaborate to create and implement targeted sales strategies to enhance margins and increase ways that our customers can benefit from Master Electronics service and/or product offerings.
How you will spend your time:
Develops and manages strong business relationships with assigned accounts by providing exemplary service and support
Consultatively sells products and services, provides alternative product/service solutions to exceed customer expectations, follows up on orders, and solves client-related problems
Routinely identifies new opportunities to market and promote Master Electronics to the customer as the distributor of choice
Meets and/or exceeds assigned sales& revenue targets
Strengthening relationships with suppliers to exceed customers’ needs
Manages client expectations during the sales process with the ultimate goal of creating an outstanding experience
Experienced time management professional with the ability to set a schedule to effectively cover assigned territory in a timely manner
Ability to provide daily call reporting and other documentation to the inside sales support team to help support the customers’ needs in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Conduct professional presentations/demonstrations reviewing the company’s product(s)/service(s) while in front of customers
Generate new opportunities for revenue growth by increased activity to new customers and strengthening current customer relationships
Strong technical experience with the ability to assist engineering departments and detailed application questions
We’re excited if you have:
Two or more years of prior job-related experience in sales or related field with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth; career experience should be in an environment with a structured commission plan
Distribution/electronic component sales related experience - required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook
Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
Demonstrated customer service and account service
Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university - preferred
Sales career experience with pre-assigned quota targets - strongly preferred
