Rôle et Responsabilités
Responsible for assisting with development of SEA Networks Verizon Account Operations/Programs. This role will provide support for project development and management standards as well as program documentation requirements. This role assists, supports and executes project plans and process innovations while maintaining account/program budgets. Guiding teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development; short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
Support and assist project/operation definition and direction in conjunction with multiple stakeholders in areas of Supply Chain, Logistics, Vendor Management, Legal, Procurement, Order Management, Finance and Accounting
Support the development of project/operation schedule and add value to the schedule performance to the project plan schedule.
Estimate resources to meet project objectives, including needs for analysts, developers, business users, and consultants.
Prepare project documentation and deliverables, including internal and external reports, both internal and external – particularly executive reports
Facilitates project status meetings with the project team on a regular basis, and provide direction to and supervision to the project team according to the project plan. Develop and provide input to the project risk plan and mitigation strategy, and manage project risks throughout the project.
Helps to manage project issues and change request to resolution. Provide continuous monitoring during and after project completion, and ensure compliance with changed process as well as Ad hoc projects, as requested.
Skills and Qualifications
Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/knowledge
Hands-on analytical skills, especially with numbers. Basic Accounting skills/knowledge desirable
Telecommunications industry knowledge high desirable.
Prior management experience highly desirable
Proficiency with MS Office products and various project management tools.
