What success looks like in this role:
In this role you will:
Manage overall Service Desk Associate Governance to include performance reporting and compliance
Manage external & internal client governance and interaction to include client visits logistical / concierge support, ad hoc request
Planning and execution of internal and industry compliance assessment and industry audits
Facilities operational management oversight to include, vendor management, seat capacity planning, asset management and Service Desk IT liaison
Community Liaison within Augusta Business Partners and Community Services Organizations

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in related field preferred. PMP/ ITIL Certification or Certificate
5+ years’ experience in office management and Executive level support
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrable Project Management experience
Highly analytical and curious/innovative
Executive Presence with strong interpersonal skills
Working Knowledge of SharePoint, One Drive, One Note
