CMaaS Liaison Responsibilities:

Metrica is seeking a goal-oriented decision-maker to serve as Senior Program Manager within Metrica’s DHS-CDM Operations. Leading and directing a diverse group of people and projects and ensuring Metrica completes its work on schedule and within budget are hallmarks of this position. As key advisor and manager, you will coordinate all major CDM contracts and activities by assisting MTV managers to solve mutually dependent issues and ensuring contract deliverables and goals are achieved. This position may also serve as a Senior Project Manager providing comprehensive support services to other clients as needed.

Location: Arlington, VA office or remote work in the DC Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains key relationships with internal stakeholders, and external vendors/partners/customers.
  • Provides oversight and management support to MTV IT teams and contracts.
  • Demonstrates ability to negotiate through multiple and variable organizational business partners and layers to maintain focus for the IT teams and to facilitate project deliverable goals to ensure value.
  • Position serves as CMasS liaison for contract activities for the DHS Dashboard program.
  • The CMaaS liaison will represent the needs and requirements of contract organizational business partners, and act as principle liaison between Business Partners, Project Stakeholders, customers, and the client's IT Service Providers
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential contract partners; discovering and exploring opportunities for project support and new business needs.
  • Identifies leading business development ideas and resources by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual business opportunities, business partners and their accomplishments.

Education, Skills and Experience Needed:

  • BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Development/Engineering, or IT-related degree equivalent
  • Current Professional Management Professional Certification (PMP).
  • Experience leading and directing cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget, and scope.
  • At least 3 years of experience with RSA Archer technology.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing medium-to-large scale technical projects with a total lifecycle cost greater than or equal to $3 million annually.
  • Experience supporting Federal contracts that includes successfully managing medium-to-large size tasks orders.
  • Experience providing functional government contracts program management or leadership to an IT team of 40+.
  • Experience skillfully managing projects from business requirements definition through development and execution.
  • Individual must have 10+ years progressively responsible experience delivering work, managing services and selling services in the Federal Sector.
  • Possess strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building trust, influencing others, and implementing change across various organizational layers and cross-functional lines.
  • Exhibit oral and written communication skills (such as drafting executive briefings and SLAs, MOAs, SOPs, flow diagrams, security plans, proposals, methodology notes, project plans, status reports or marketing materials).
