We are seeking a Document Control Clerk to join our world-class team in Montville, New Jersey. The Document Control Administrator position requires a working knowledge of the engineering data entry change management system and overall product configuration process. This role is responsible for data creation/entry of new product configurations and for modifications to existing products, and administers all aspects of related processes required to ensure engineering document control.

Qualified candidate will have a minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent, along with up to 4 years of experience in the field of Engineering Document Control. In addition, you must have excellent verbal/written communication skills in order to handle multi-faceted interactions with all levels of personnel within the organization, strong computer literacy, with MS Office/PC expertise and Adobe Acrobat as well as some technical writing experience. This position requires a detail oriented individual who must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
