About the position
A versatile Art Director who feels inspired by partnering with copywriters, strategists,
producers, and other creatives to tell visually driven stories. You understand “big idea”
concepts and have a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design capabilities, but also
know how to think strategically to tell captivating stories.
- Work with copywriters, Art Directors, and independently to conceptualize art direction
for campaign launches
- Develop and produce ads or visual elements for cross-channel initiatives in the print,
digital and social sphere
- Contribute to art direction for photography-led campaigns
- Build compelling decks to present concepts, art direction, campaigns to leadership
in Creative and Marketing
- Apply expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
- Build templates for all print in-center collateral and requests from Marketing Specialists
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an Art Director capacity
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking
- An understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma – plus (ideally) an
understanding of After Effects, and video production
- Strong knowledge of visual design, typography, brand development, and the
creative process
- A deep attention to detail and a meticulous dedication to proper delivery
- A collaborative nature and sense of humor
- A passion for our craft: design, creativity, technology, and product
