Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing reservations and coordinating with housekeeping staff.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist callers with their needs.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable at all times.
- Summarize daily activities in reports and work sheets.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including familiarity with phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests with their needs promptly.
