HR/Data Entry Assistant in Tacoma - Temporary
$15-$17 based on experience
Seeking a temporary HR/Data Entry Assistant. This person would provide backup during a system integration, and split their time between assisting the HR Department and the Credit Department.
HR Department: Assist with day to day, process payroll through ADP, filing, spreadsheets, run backgrounds, verify employment for DOT employees, auditing benefit enrollments, etc.
Credit Department: Data Entry (Keying credit card transactions in processor site, Key credit card cash receipts in DM2, Retrieve/Update credit card numbers from secure sites). Most of the duties involve data entry, however, the person will need to be comfortable speaking on the phone with consumers to obtain updated or complete credit card numbers
Assignment Length: Until end of 2018
